The User Setup Editor allows you to configure per-user settings for the Cloud Events extension. This includes linking your user to specific business records, enabling the MCP Chat feature, selecting a chat role, and defining a custom system prompt.
These fields link your user to specific business entities, enabling the system to identify your context automatically.

| Salesperson Code | The salesperson/purchaser code linked to this user. |

| Location Code | The default location (warehouse) for this user. |

| Has API Key | Indicates whether an Anthropic API key is configured for this user. |
| MCP Chat Role Code | The chat role to use for this user's AI conversations. Select from the MCP Chat Roles list. |
| MCP Chat Type | The MCP Chat experience enabled for this user. Set to Disabled to turn MCP Chat off. Additional types are provided by extensions such as Cloud Events Anthropic. |
